2. Services Description

Orizonbleus provides premium travel booking services, specialising in business class and first class flights. We act as an intermediary between you and airlines/travel suppliers, facilitating the search, comparison, and booking of premium cabin flights.

Our services include: premium flight quote requests, personalised fare comparisons, booking management, itinerary modifications, and dedicated travel concierge support.

We act as an agent for airlines and travel suppliers. When you make a booking through Orizonbleus, you enter into a contract directly with the airline. We facilitate this transaction but are not a party to the contract between you and the airline.

3. Booking Terms

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket or booking reference. Payment authorisation does not guarantee booking confirmation, as availability may change.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information for all travellers. Passenger names must match government-issued identification exactly. Orizonbleus is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.

Price Validity: Quoted prices are subject to availability and may change before booking confirmation. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, the price is locked.

Travel Documents: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required documentation.

4. Pricing & Payment

The total price includes the base airfare as quoted by the airline, applicable taxes and surcharges, and any service fees. All fees are disclosed before you complete your booking.

We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment systems with industry-standard encryption.

Orizonbleus is committed to transparent pricing. Our service fees cover the cost of our personalised concierge service, expert fare research, and ongoing booking support.

5. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation and change policies are governed by the specific airline's fare rules for your ticket. Your dedicated consultant will advise you on the applicable policies for your booking.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate personal and travel information; maintain the confidentiality of your account; comply with all applicable laws and airline regulations; and not use our Services for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orizonbleus acts as an intermediary and is not liable for: airline schedule changes, cancellations, or delays; denied boarding due to inadequate documentation; baggage loss or damage; or any other actions or omissions of airlines or travel suppliers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid for the affected booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Orizonbleus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
