Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancelling or modifying bookings made through Orizonbleus. Cancellation and change terms are primarily governed by the airline's fare rules for your specific ticket, along with any applicable Orizonbleus service fees.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

In accordance with US Department of Transportation regulations, most airline tickets can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure. Your dedicated consultant will confirm eligibility at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation After 24 Hours

Cancellations made after the 24-hour window are subject to the airline's fare rules. Depending on your fare type:

  • Refundable fares: Eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any applicable airline and service fees.
  • Non-refundable fares: May be eligible for airline credit for future travel, minus applicable fees.
  • Restricted fares: Some promotional or deeply discounted fares may not be eligible for cancellation or changes.

Your consultant will advise you on the specific cancellation terms for your booking before you confirm.

4. Booking Modifications

Date changes, route changes, and passenger name corrections are subject to airline policies and may incur additional fees. Contact your dedicated consultant to discuss modification options. We will always work to find the most cost-effective solution for your changes.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refund timelines vary: airline refunds typically take 7-14 business days for credit cards and up to 20 business days for other payment methods. Orizonbleus service fees may or may not be refundable depending on the circumstances.

6. Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you are entitled to either a full refund or rebooking on an alternative flight at no extra cost. Our team will proactively contact you and assist with alternative arrangements.
